Biff Bar E-Liquid Shipping & Freight FAQ for Canada Retailers and Distributors
Freight options from Shenzhen to Canada
We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shanghai Yangshan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Canada orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.
Building a biff bar e-liquid range that fits Canada demand
The recommended opening mix pairs high-volume staples with two or three rotating seasonal lines. Staples guarantee turnover; seasonal rotations give regulars a reason to browse. Regional data for Canada is available on request to tune the initial split.
Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.
Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.
Timing orders around the production calendar
The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar e-liquid programs.
When destination rules in Canada change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Frequently asked questions
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar e-liquid is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 2,000-puff devices with 550mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 2ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Do you ship to Romania?
Yes — we ship to Belgium on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Saudi Arabia, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 30mg nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
