Montana Biff Bar E-Liquid Sample Orders: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Timing orders around the production calendar

Cartons for biff bar e-liquid are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Montana: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Private-label options for Montana brands

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional biff bar e-liquid brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

First orders from Montana rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar e-liquid carton starting at 2,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Storage and shelf life at your Montana warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the biff bar e-liquid range.
