Biff Bar E-Liquid Sample Orders FAQ for Ethiopia Retailers and Distributors
Sample policy and product evaluation
For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.
Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Ethiopia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
Building a biff bar e-liquid range that fits Ethiopia demand
Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.
The recommended opening mix pairs high-volume staples with two or three rotating seasonal lines. Staples guarantee turnover; seasonal rotations give regulars a reason to browse. Regional data for Ethiopia is available on request to tune the initial split.
After-sales support and claims handling
Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.
Feedback from retailers is unusually consistent: the reason they reorder biff bar e-liquid is batch-to-batch stability. Shop owners report that customers return for the same flavor rather than switching brands, which is the single best predictor of lifetime value in this category.

Frequently asked questions
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 10mg mild nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
Do you ship to Thailand?
Yes — we ship to Ireland on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Italy, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar e-liquid lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 18,000-puff devices with 400mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 30ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
