Biff Bar E-Liquid Reorder Program in Louisiana: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Storage and shelf life at your Louisiana warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Louisiana launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Biff Bar E-Liquid reorder program pricing for Louisiana trade customers

Wholesale biff bar e-liquid pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $2.80 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Cartons for biff bar e-liquid are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.
