Biff Bar E-Liquid Payment Terms FAQ for Indonesia Retailers and Distributors
Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen
Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.
Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar e-liquid carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.
Packaging standards for export cartons
Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.
Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Indonesia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
Documents that travel with every shipment
Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.
Compliance for biff bar e-liquid varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide TPD documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for biff bar e-liquid?
Standard wholesale minimums start at 100 units, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 20mg nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar e-liquid lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 18,000-puff devices with 550mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 6ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Do you ship to Spain?
Yes — we ship to South Africa on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
