Biff Bar E-Liquid Packaging & Cartons FAQ for Oregon Retailers and Distributors
Comparing quotations the professional way
Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Oregon.
The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar e-liquid programs.
Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen
We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.
Packaging is engineered for the journey to Oregon: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
Compliance paperwork for Oregon imports
All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Oregon trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. CE certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 10mg mild nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity for biff bar e-liquid?
Standard wholesale minimums start at 200 units, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes — we ship to the Philippines on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 3,000-puff devices with 550mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 5ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
