Biff Bar E-Liquid Packaging & Cartons in New York: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Freight options from Shenzhen to New York

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Buyers across New York usually start a biff bar e-liquid conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 7 to 10 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Common mistakes New York first-time buyers make

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including MSDS — before goods leave.

Private-label projects for New York brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Practical checklist

• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Compliance paperwork for New York imports

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

For online sellers in New York, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar e-liquid listing go live the day stock arrives.
