Biff Bar E-Liquid OEM Service Notes for Maryland Trade Buyers

Flavor planning for the Maryland market

Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Maryland shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Compliance paperwork for Maryland imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

When destination rules in Maryland change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Wholesale biff bar e-liquid pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $5.20 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Maryland warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
