Mexico Biff Bar E-Liquid MOQ: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Mexico: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Private-label options for Mexico brands

Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Mexico order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

Timing orders around the production calendar

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

The VapeWholesaleHub catalog stays deliberately focused: biff bar e-liquid and the categories around it, stocked deep. For Mexico buyers that means honest availability answers instead of guesses forwarded to third parties.
