Biff Bar E-Liquid Customs Clearance Notes for Serbia Trade Buyers

Container and pallet economics for Serbia

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Hong Kong and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Serbia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Common mistakes Serbia first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Serbia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.
