Biff Bar E-Liquid Customs Clearance FAQ for Nepal Retailers and Distributors
Quality control before anything leaves the factory
Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.
Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Nepal launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen
Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.
Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Nepal warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished biff bar e-liquid run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.
Common mistakes Nepal first-time buyers make
Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.
The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar e-liquid programs.

Frequently asked questions
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 50mg nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 12 to 18 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar e-liquid is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 9,000-puff devices with 650mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 10ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar e-liquid lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
